What is unmanned robot dredging?

Using hydraulic unmanned robot, remote controlled Vacuum operation is conducted. It can be applied to dredging work for inside of pipeline, tank and reservoir using the robot, securing safety and efficiency through unmanned equipment operation.

The concept of dredging.

It is a cleaning operation using high pressure Jet-Cleaning equipments and high vacuum suction vehicle. All the wastes and sludges(sand, pebbles and other matter) are pushed by high pressure water that is discharged from high pressure jet-cleaning equipment then these wastes are sucked into suction hose of vacuum car that is attached to manhole, making dredging completely.

Sewage culvert dredging operation using shovel loader robot

  • This technology is to operate dredging the sludge inside sewage pipeline by combining unique technique on the methodology of dredging culverts.
  • This shovel loader robot can move over sediments and remove them; it consists of control system that can also load them, move them and thrust them out of sewage culvert. This robot is composed of electric and hydraulic operating equipments, is remote controlled to move in all directions and gives monitoring the operation remotely to secure the operator from the environmental or industrial accidents such as Gas leaking or influx. This new method using shovel loader is a way better constructable with efficiency and economic cost compared to previous method that could cause safety incidents of workers on the field.
